hi there, I hope you can help, I have a sony cyber-shot 20.1mega pixels dsc-h400 camera. the lense is stuck on maximum zoom and it will not power up fully, it will also not power down unless the battery is removed. the battery is fully charged. are you able to fix this issue and if so could you please send me a quote.many thanks
